If you wish to return your box please do so within 14 days of your box being delivered. After 14 days no refund can be made. Please note boxes will only be refunded if the items you are returning are unopened and in the original packaging.
Once we have received your return, it is inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned box. We will update you on the status of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost to return your box back to us. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely.
Hellomeno does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once we have all the information we need, your refund is immediately sent to your account upon receipt of your returned product. If you have used a 3rd party payment gateway (e.g. Paypal) your gateway or bank might take a while to process.
We aim to deal with a refund — or any problems you’ve had for that matter — immediately. Almost always on the same day you’ve contacted us (but weekends and after UK business hours might take a little bit longer). Please be aware that if you’re buying through Paypal or other gateways it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to reach your account. We can’t make them do this faster as we don’t store your bank details, but we will always send you emails and updates about any refunds so that you have peace of mind that it’s on its way.
